Product Warranty:
We provide TV BOX major hardware one year warranty. Free exchange if hardware device defective or not work properly.

Sales & Tax：
All sales tax will be charged free if place order on our website. This is a big discount for our customers.
Shipping policy:
Free shipping will be provided nationwide of the United States. Shipment will be same day processed during business day once order is placed. Shipping cut off hour at 4:00 PM, Pacific Time from Monday to Saturday. It will take one to three business days for delivery. Item will be shipped via USPS PRIORITY, which is fast and trackable by customers. A tracker number will be sent to your designated email once item ship out. PS, please make sure leave your email and phone number at the time of check out, so we can notify you the status of shipping by email.
Return shipping policy:
Free return or exchange will be accepted if a defective item is received within 30 days after delivered. Please contact customer service once receiving a defective device. Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process. Return shipping will not be charged if approved by customer service. A free return label will be sent to customer’s email. In addition, returned by any other reasons, buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refund Policy:
Full refund will be provided if unused or a defective device received and reported to customer service within 30 days after delivered. Please maintain the device in original condition for full refund.
It’s not helpful for full refund including, not limit to if opened box or customer-made physical damage to major device or accessory, missing of parts or accessory, impose fee 15 percent of sales price or more will be applied upon condition.
Please allow 2-5 business days process refund back to your account after we receive the return shipment. Refund will be issued back to the account used to make the original purchase. A Confirmation notice of refund will be sent to customers by email. We do not accept any return after 30 days, one year factory warranty will be applied upon approval.
